Mr. Hill has 23 years experience in architecture. His primary focus has been the adaptive reuse of existing older buildings with an emphasis on educational facilities.
Mr. Hill has documented the renovation and improvements to numerous existing K-12 and higher education facilities throughout the Tri-State area. His work has included the documentation of existing facilities, coordination of new mechanical, electrical and data systems, as well as the design and documentation of new additions and repurposed/ updated interiors that reflect learning environments for the 21st century. The end result has always been more natural light, vibrant colors and engaging spaces, along with technological improvements that provide both instructors and students access to advanced learning tools.
