Blackney Hayes transformed a 25-story, 224-room Times Square hotel into a vibrant, modern destination. The outdated lobby, corridors, and guest rooms were completely reimagined, with the new design drawing inspiration from the city’s urban concrete landscape layered with the energy of lights and visitor movement.
The lobby now features industrial materials, warm wood tones, and pops of color, reflecting the energy of New York City. Upgraded spaces include a reception area, grab-and-go concept, bar, and casual seating. The central elevator bank allows seamless movement through the space, adding functionality to the artistic design.
The upper floors received cosmetic upgrades with streamlined furniture that maximizes room space while echoing the lobby’s décor. The refreshed design delivers a simple yet pleasurable experience for travelers seeking comfort and convenience in the heart of the city.
