NewCourtland Senior Services acquired the former St. Bartholomew Catholic School located at Jackson Street and Harbison Avenue in Northeast Philadelphia. Blackney Hayes Architects designed a three phase master plan for the site to include a new construction building housing a LIFE Center and 144, one-bedroom apartments for low income seniors.
