A vacant parcel of land within a historical section of Philadelphia was chosen for the development of 17 low-income townhomes. The existing rowhomes located on Diamond Street between Broad and Van Pelt Streets were built between 1875 and 1897. Blackney Hayes Architects designed three-story brick townhomes with detailed cornices complimenting the existing architecture. The 2,100 SF townhomes include four bedrooms, two bathrooms, full basements, and a den/family room.
