At VEVA, BHA redesigned lobbies to allow natural light to flood through the space. A new café opens up to the elevator lobby, while a seating area and state-of-the-art conference rooms are available for tenant use. A new fitness center consists of a gym, studio and locker/shower rooms. New interior finishes and built-in millwork with blocks of color reflects a sophisticated and modern identity, while an outdoor courtyard offers a water feature, lawn golf and flexible seating area.
