The University of Pennsylvania commissioned BHA to lead a project team undertaking a two-phase comprehensive study identifying: code compliance, life safety, and accessibility of 36 University recognized Fraternity and Sorority Chapter Houses. Upon completion of the study, BHA completed renovations, upgrades, and the conversion of one house into general student housing. During phase two, BHA recommended actions to update code compliance issues and the project team began construction on the remaining University owned houses.
