August 24, 2023 - This week, BHA joined McDonald Building Company for the Topping Off ceremony at NewCourtland Apartments at Saint Bartholemew Phase II. This exciting milestone marks the setting of the final pieces of the concrete plank roof structure. Specifically designed for seniors as affordable and independent housing, the Phase II addition adds 48 new one-bedroom apartments to the existing complex in Northeast Philadelphia.
