Blackney Hayes partnered with LBC Credit Partners to reimagine their workplace as they transitioned from downtown to the suburbs. The new space was designed to foster a dynamic corporate culture, with open offices and collaboration areas that emphasize teamwork. Expansive sightlines, abundant natural light, and views of surrounding trees created a bright and inviting atmosphere, supporting both productivity and connection.
Recognizing the challenges of noise sensitivity in open environments, Blackney Hayes carefully planned the layout to include strategically placed workstations, private phone rooms, and versatile huddle spaces. A central hub was designed to serve as a multi-functional space for breaks, team gatherings, and individual work, seamlessly connecting open and private office areas. Contemporary finishes and modern lighting brought a fresh, forward-thinking aesthetic, aligning the office design with the company’s innovative direction in technology.
