Located on City Line Avenue, the new building had to stand out amongst the Avenue giants like NBC Channel 10's headquarters. The 43,000 SF office building required a noticeable and powerful identity.

The existing building was demolished down to its foundation. BHA covered the supporting skeleton with a new aluminum curtain wall system, incorporating glass wall panels and metal sunscreens to create a clean, contemporary look. A prominent design element, the unique "fin wall," supports the building's signage and serves as a prologue to the dramatic 3-story vestibule entryway known as "The Lantern."
