BHA Interiors work closely with our architectural group and also maintain separate interiors clientele. The Interior Design Department has developed a breadth of experience surpassing corporate offices, banks, hospitals, medical offices, country clubs and restaurants. Services provided include space planning, design, finish selection and procurement, art consulting, signage and move-in supervision. |
| HIGH PERFORMANCE DESIGN |
BHA continually strives to design responsible, high performance buildings. Our staff includes LEED Accredited Professionals who are committed to designing facilities that respond to and protect the environment. As we approach new projects, we encourage our clients to consider the added value of LEED certification for their project. |
| HISTORIC PRESERVATION |
BHA has tackled numerous preservation and restoration projects and received many awards for successful results. We have converted historic schools into housing and industrial buildings into offices; restored historic homes and landmarks; as well as adapted historic buildings for modern needs, while preserving their original character. |
| MASTER PLANNING |
Master planning addresses planning issues through a process which starts with the assessment of the current situation and projections, and then focuses on strategically positioning the needs for the future and establishing possible scenarios of development. The goal is to create a predetermined plan for future growth which anticipates and addresses potential challenges. |
| PROJECT MANAGEMENT |
Ranging from daily representation at the construction site to coordination of telephone, furniture, signage, specialized equipment and moving, BHA tailors our Project Management services to meet the specific requirement of the client. Capitalizing on the managerial strengths of BHA, the client can opt to have less day-to-day involvement in the project, while staying focused on own business. |
| DESIGN / BUILD SERVICES |
On design / build projects, BHA will team with a general contractor to create a project for the client based on a guaranteed maximum price. Through this approach, the client can more accurately budget costs up front and streamline the process with true single source accountability. BHA has completed design build projects for numerous clients in various building types. |
